Hi to all my friends! It has been a long time since I was on this board. I see some of you have hung around! Rainy week or two on the Outer Banks, although plenty of sunshine in between showers. Just so you know, susig passed away last fall

Hello bobbyg. Good to see you back. Sorry to learn about your wife. Things on this board have changed quite a bit and I don't post much anymore but I do check in most days to see what is happening.

Yes, I am Tim. I don't have any future plans in place. Besides, it is not a normal housing market now, anyway. I think that I am going to stay put. You are still so kind assisting the board members. I hope that you and Jan are well. I am so sorry to hear about your son. Sad indeed.

Bobby, glad to hear you’re gonna stick around the island for a bit. Hope the shoulder is doing better. We’ll have to get together with Sal and Melly for dinner some time. Hard to believe it’s been more than 15 years since we all first met! (Even though both our daughters ended up in Australia, think we’re gonna stay put for a while as well)
